We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Paper Dreamer. If for any reason you are not, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. Please note that personalized items cannot be returned unless there was an error on our part. Shipping costs for returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
